Returns and refunds

By making a purchase from us, you agree to be bound by the following return and refund policy. Ideally, you should read it in its entirety before submitting an order.

Returns

All sales on this site are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on any product purchased on this site unless it is a defective product in some way. If you receive a defective product or if the order you received differs from your intended purchase, we will accept returns within 15 business days from the date your package was received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in which it was received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

We also require all returns to be accompanied by a detailed written statement. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, contact our customer service department and send your package to the following address:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 business days after your refund is approved.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at help@mekkostore.com and send your item to:

Shipping

Our products ship within 4-7 business days. We offer free shipping on any order to all locations within Mexico. If you live outside of Mexico, additional shipping fees may apply. To return your product, you must mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
